MANY THANKS to our Missions Co-ordinator Ann Combes, speakers Isabel Garlick (Water Aid) and Michael Bradley (The Mill), and the many others who helped with the organisation of our annual Missions Sunday celebration today.
The household of faith at St Michael and All Angels’ is acutely aware that we are richly blessed in resources and committed people – and are all the keener, therefore, to look outwards and to help build up and to embrace the people of God’s world, whomsoever and wheresoever they may be - not only beyond our church walls but beyond our immediate local boundaries too.
Today we’ve been delighted to welcome representatives from the following agencies – each supported in some small measure by a share of the £20+k we try to make available for such works each year. Thanks to one and all for the gift of your lives, financial support, prayer, faith, hope and love.
